Passages, a general grief support group for anyone who has experienced the loss of a loved one. Harmony, a program for young widows and widowers dealing with such issues as going back to work, single parenting, dating, etc.
Generations is a program for adults who have lost parents.
Bereavement Transitions is a support group for those who are grieving two or more years after the loss of a loved one.
They meet the first Thursday of the month from 3:00 to 4:30 PM.
There are two monthly social groups – Men’s Breakfast and Ladies Luncheon.
Growing Through Grief is a six week educational bereavement support series.
Newly Bereaved Series is a three week educational bereavement support series for the newly bereaved.

through Heartland Home Healthcare and Hospice meets in the Hospice Conference Room the first Tuesday of each month from 6:30-8:00 PM. This group strives to help those who suffered a recent death in their family. They discuss the trials and tribulations one faces during this difficult time. Surviving Spouse Socials
through Faith United Church of Christ meets the first Tuesday of the month at 7:30 PM with various other speakers, programs, trips and dinner outings throughout the month. They have a $12 yearly fee plus any event expenses.

meets the fourth Tuesday of each month (third Tuesday in December). This is a perinatal bereavement support group for those who have experienced a pregnancy loss or newborn death. You are welcome to join, no matter where you are in your grief or how long it has been since your loss. You may choose to talk, or just listen. Some meetings include brief presentations, as well as time for sharing. Two registered nurses, who are perinatal bereavement counselors, will facilitate the meeting. Grief Share through Derry Presbyterian Church
offers a 13 week series in January and June with varying days and times. This is a nondenominational Christian program that features bible teaching, small group discussion, video seminars led by renowned experts on the grieving process and a workbook to help participants explore topics in death. HeartStrings is a group to provide support to families who are grieving the loss of their baby during pregnancy, at birth, or shortly after birth. Rainbows: Pregnancy After Loss Support Group
Rainbows provides parent support to families who have had pregnancy losses and are considering becoming pregnant again, are currently pregnant, or have recently given birth. Rainbows meets on the second Thursday of the month from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm in the Rehab Building at Pinnacle Health Community Campus, second floor Conference Room.

The Walk to Remember occurs the first Sunday of October in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, 4855 Londonderry Road, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania (near PinnacleHealth Community General Osteopathic Hospital). The cemetary is located 3 blocks from CGOH on the right side of Londonderry Road. This is a walk to honor and remember babies who have died during pregnancy or shortly after birth.
